Duke’s Center for Health Policy and Inequalities Research (CHPIR) is looking for a Health Care
Navigator (HCN) for the grant-funded Project STYLE 2.0 (Strength Through Youth Livin’
Empowered). The goal of STYLE 2.0 is to improve HIV care continuum outcomes among HIVpositive
young Black men who have sex with men (YBMSM) in the Triangle region (Durham
County, Orange County, Wake County) of North Carolina (NC). The health care navigator will
serve as a non-clinical care manager for the YBMSM who are enrolled in the study. In addition
the HCN will coordinate and participate in the management of data collection and maintenance
systems for the study.
